Designed and developed in-house. The most complex functions now only take minutes to master.
Continuous monitoring software for multi card (CMSW-MC) national instruments and PC based data acquisition devices is a custom developed, comprehensive, low cost PC based data acquisition and analysis software application used to acquire and analyse test data. It has been tried and tested in the rail, mining, explosives, medical, and production test & measurement environments for over 20 years.
It works with virtually any National Instruments (ni.com), PC-Based data acquisition digitizer (CompactDAQ, USB, PCI), and PXI high performance test systems with no prior software programming knowledge required.
Continuous monitoring software facilitates mixed mode measurement compatibility for any combination of channels for sensor measurement digitisation and data analysis. Data can be viewed in realtime, saved to disk, or analysed and recalled. GPS data can be integrated into the measurement file during or post data capture.
Data can be imported from TDMS, Catman, CSV or text files and can be exported to Excel, TDMS, MATLAB, ASCII and CSV. Most analysis functions are custom integrated into the software based on the users request and drivers can be written for other data acquisition hardware vendors on request.
Advanced analysis functions on the measurement data include:
- Peak detection
- Data processing
- Frequency transforms
- Spectral analysis of data
- Statistical calculations
- Rainflow counting of channels with cumulative fatiue damage
- Digital filtering
- Data decimation
- Arithmetic manipulation
- Strain rosette calculation
- Strain rosette calculation
- Curve fit routines
- Integration and differentiation
- Channel time shift
- Level crossing
- Interface GPS data
- Mean removal averaging
- Window limit calculation
- Whole body vibration (ISO 2631-1)
- Peak particle velocity analysis
