
3D Highwall Profiling and Blast Design Software
WINPROFx is a professional database and measurement system which can be used to optimise highwall blasting by generating 3D profiles for the front row of holes. The application interfaces with most 3D lasers and also works with point cloud data obtained using UAVs and stereo photography. The user can incorporate borehole deviation measurements to accurately determine burdens at depth. The application easily allows for adjusting of front row holes to minimise fly-rock incidents. The latest version incorporates powerful blast design prediction tools: fly-rock indicators, fragmentation and muckpile prediction.

WINPROFx data inputs include auto scan lasers (MDL, Renishaw, Pulsar, Laser Technologies, Trimble and more), 3D point cloud (Photogrammetry, TEXT, LAS, PLY, Pcl PCD) and borehole measurement probes (MDL Boretrak, Pulsar, FlexIT, LIM). Additionally borehole and profile data can be exported in DXF/CSV/XLS format. WINPROFx has the ability to merge existing data files for surveys conducted by different machines or times. WINPROFx Software is designed and developed for Windows OS. WINPROF 2D for Android and PDA’s is also available for Windows Embedded devices such as Trimble NOMAD/JUNO.
